Premier goalkeeper Evan Comerford is back in the blue and gold following a lengthy ban for his red card in a club game last season.
The Kilsheelan Kilcash clubman was involved in an altercation with referee Paddy Russell over a disputed free – following which he was given a straight red card.
Comerford missed the season, with Ciaran Kenrick taking over the shot-stopping duties – however, Comerford featured between the sticks in Tipp’s challenge game against Limerick last weekend.
