Kilkenny manager Brian Cody says the pitch at Semple Stadium wasn’t up to its usual standard last weekend.
The Cat’s came out on top by a single point against Tipperary in their National Hurling League encounter in Thurles on Sunday.
Many supporters had commented on the pitch as players appeared to have problems staying upright.

However Cody says Semple is still a special place.
