Carrick on Suir’s Michael O’Loughlin lines out in the Under 23 Giro d’Italia today.
The Team Wiggins rider will wear the Irish National Champions Jersey for the 8 stage event.
The riders are facing a 132 kilometres opening stage which starts and finishes in Imola and includes two 3rd category climbs.
