“Back in Five” was a simple but very clever and powerful action by The Irish Wheelchair Association in Tipperary Town.
Last Friday they placed empty wheelchairs and walking aids on free parking spaces along the main street to highlight their frustration with able bodied drivers taking up their disability spots!
