Fran Curry studied classical music and came to radio after almost 20 years as a professional musician and record producer.
During that time he worked with some of Irelands finest artists and travelled the world playing live concerts and appearing on radio and TV.
Since 1996, radio has been his passion and over the years Fran has worked in most aspects of the business including music presentation, current affairs and arts presentation as well as management.
Currently Fran presents the Tipp FM daily flagship show ‘Tipp Today’ discussing the current topics of the day as well as facilitating the people of Tipperary to have their voices heard on air.
As a proud Tipperary man, originally from Cashel, he is in his element reflecting all that it of interest to Tipp FM listeners in Premier County.
