A weather rain warning has been issued for eight counties, one of which is Tipperary.
Met Éireann says several hours of rainfall can be expected from three o’clock this afternoon.
Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow, Galway, Clare, and Limerick are some of the other areas affected.
