At a recent meeting of Nenagh Municipal District Councillor Seamie Morris said a report needed to be provided of landlords leaving the market.
Tipperary County Council has the shortest waiting list in the country for housing however nearly 800 people in North Tipp remain on the housing list.
Councillor Seamie Morris says the housing market is being squeezed as landlords move out of the market and he can understand why they are leaving.
