Tipp rail routes reopening today

Two rail lines serving Tipperary are restarting this morning after Irish Rail stopped them because of COVID-19.

The Waterford-Limerick Junction and Limerick-Ballybrophy services were suspended at the end of March.

It had been feared that they would never resume.
