Tipperary County Council has been accused of failing to manage its housing stock properly.
The accusation from Deputy Mattie McGrath follows a report by the National Oversight and Audit commission which highlighted a number of issues at local authority’s right across the country.
It showed that Tipperary County Council has never carried out a condition survey of their social housing stock. Less than half of the 31 local authorities have ever done so.
