Local’s in the South Tipp village of Goatenbridge are shocked and saddened today following the death of popular local man Martin Lonergan.
A former member of Tipperary County Council Martin also served as Mayor of Clonmel.

He continued working for the local community following his time in politics.
Martin was a regular contributor to the Friday Panel on Tipp Today here on Tipp FM.
