Gardaí in Cork are appealing for witnesses to a fatal road traffic accident.
A motorcyclist in his 40’s died after the crash at Doctor Barry’s Bridge in Rathcormac, where a van and a bike collided at around 7.45 this morning.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the van driver was not injured in the collision.

The road remains closed and Gardai are investigating.
