There are over 60 people on trolleys at the main hospitals serving Tipperary this afternoon.
Today’s “Trolley Watch” figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show there’s a total of 367 patients without a bed at hospitals across the country.
University Hospital Limerick – which provides Emergency Department cover for North Tipperary – is the most overcrowded of all today with 43 people on trolleys or in overflow areas of wards.
