Tipperary Gardaí are warning motorists to take caution on the roads today due to the hazardous weather conditions.
In particular, Gardai are warning of the dangers of the accumulation of surface water, which can reduce stopping distances for vehicles.
Inspector James White of Clonmel Garda station had this advice for drivers.
