A motorist has been arrested by Gardaí in County Tipperary after turning away from a checkpoint.
Members of the force from the Cahir district stopped the driver who was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
He was found to be a number of times over the legal limit.

The driver has been charged to appear before Cashel District Court.
