Tipp Today – Friday August 18th – Hour 2

On the second hour of this morning’s Tipp Today, we spoke to John O’Brien who is the organiser of the weekend silage event taking place in Mount Mellary which is attempting to break a world record. We also had our friday Panel with Phil, Rachel and Mark where we discussed the attacks in Spain, as well the relevance of the Leaving cert, the flying of the confederate flag by Cork GAA supporters and whether we should be concerned about how little young people know about politics and current affairs following the story this week that an Irish student didn’t recognise the Taoiseach who she served in a Chicago restaurant.
