Gardaí in Cashel have apprehended what’s been described as a ‘Master Forger’.
The motorist had an Insurance Disc displayed on the windscreen of his car which was merely a handwritten 07-19 on a folded piece of paper.
It turned out he had no insurance, tax or NCT.

The vehicle was seized by Gardaí with court proceedings to follow.
