523 patients are waiting on trolleys at hospitals nationwide today.
According to the INMO, the worst affected facility is University Hospital Limerick where there are 57 patients without a bed.
That’s followed by 35 at both Cork University Hospital and St Luke’s General Hospital, Kilkenny.

28 are being cared for on trolleys and in overflow areas of wards at South Tipp General in Clonmel while there are 5 patients without a bed at Nenagh Hospital.
