A Tipperary TD has been accused of not being prepared to make tough decisions.
Deputy Mattie McGrath is being criticised for failing to take the opportunity to be part of the current Government.
Speaking on Tipp Today earler Fine Gael Councillor Michael Fitzgerald said the Independent TD could have been a stronger voice for Tipperary but effectively bottled it.
