Funding has been announced for a number of festivals in Tipperary.
Fáilte Ireland is to support 3 events in the Premier to allow the county broaden its appeal to overseas visitors.
A total of €7,000 has been allocated to Tipp – the focus this year is on growing tourism demand outside the peak season and to spread and grow tourism demand more evenly across the country.

The Terryglass Arts Festival and Clonmel Junction Festival both get €3,000 each.
The Glen of Aherlow Walking & Cycling Festival will benefit to the tune of €1,000.
