Tipp’s camogie players are hoping to have the chance to bring some silverware back to the county during this championship season.
They face Limerick in the Munster semi-final tomorrow at 2.30 in the Ragg.
If they win, they will face either Cork or Clare in the final – and the team don’t want to bow out at the semi final stage.
They haven’t won a Munster final since 2010, and Clonoulty Rossmore’s Cait Devane says that a munster medal holds huge prestige.
She says a lot of the girls want to get their hands on a medal as many of them weren’t on the Munster final winning panel of 2010.
“We’re under no illusions that Limerick are going to be pushovers,” she added.
